I’ve always believed that every young adult deserves a strong start—one built on confidence, the right set of skills, and real-world readiness. Unfortunately, many first-time job seekers, no matter how bright or talented, enter the workforce feeling unprepared and unsure of where to begin.
That’s why I created Empact 360 and developed The PREP Path™—to make job readiness training simpler, more engaging, and more effective for both young adults and the mentors who guide them.
Before launching Empact 360, I had the privilege of mentoring youth and partnering with organizations to deliver workforce and soft skills training. Those experiences—along with the lessons I learned from my own first job—showed me that success isn’t just about what you know, but how you show up.

Who is this course designed for?
The course is specifically designed for young, first-time job seekers between the ages of 14 and 21. This includes high school students, those seeking summer jobs, and young adults transitioning out of school.
How long does the course take?
It is fully self-paced. Most young adults will be able to complete it in a few weeks, but they will have the flexibility to move at their own pace depending on their schedule, or pause and return as needed for up to a year. It's about growth, not pressure. For organizations, facilitators can guide participants through the training as a group, creating a structured timeline that works best for your program.
How will I know if my teen is making progress?
Each module includes short quizzes, reflection prompts, and real-world exercises that show how well they’re applying what they learn. It’s also a great opportunity for parents to join in—using the exercises as conversation starters to guide, encourage, and celebrate their teen’s growth along the way.
Can this training be used in a group setting, like my organization or school?
Yes! Absolutely! The PREP Path™ is designed for both individual learners and youth-serving organizations. Each participant completes the course online at their own pace, while facilitators use the included guide to lead group discussions and activities that bring lessons to life. These exercises also make great discussion starters for mentors or parents to track progress and spark meaningful conversations. Group pricing is available for five or more participants. What if the participant is not ready for a job yet?
That’s perfect! The course starts with self-discovery and interest identification (The ‘P’ for Prepare), making it ideal for those who are just beginning to think about their career path.
